Reshma Jobanputra's first entrepreneurial experience left her on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Her confidence and spirit were shattered, she thought she had failed. She developed an aversion, a fear of entrepreneurship. Yet now she 3 years later is a qualified Career Transition coach/ speaker and has started her second enterprise, one that is doing well. Her biggest lesson; entrepreneurship is not a one size fits all. As Eistein said 'Everybody is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will believe its whole life that it is stupid'. Her core message to all is; do work that you find meaningful, fulfilling and above all fun! The success will come almost automatically.

“Be a dreamer. When you start to work be practical about it as well. Just be realistic, be practical and build up to that amazing vision that you have and if you’re scared that you can’t be an entrepreneur, don’t be because anybody can be, anybody can be an entrepreneur. So, don’t worry that you can’t be or you can’t do this amazing thing that you want to because you’re not an entrepreneur. You can be”…[Listen for More]

“I do really believe in starting small and working up. I believe that the less money you have to start with the more creative you have to become… my advice is to start small, create an audience, interact without audience and supply what they want and ask them… the worst thing to do is to open something and then look for customers. My best advice find your customers first, build up a relationship and then open or start the service.”…[Listen for More]

Rocky Lalvani helps business owners find balance with their health, wealth, time, relationships, spirituality and overcoming the voices in our head that prevent us from success. His focus is on profit first in business because that’s the purpose of business is to provide a profit for it’s owners.

“be clear, be focused on what you want and what you do and who you serve and write it down… when you can be clear, be focused and have that written plan, and I’m not talking about this hundred page plan, a couple of pages to say this what I want, this is what I am going to do, I am crystal clear on who I served and how I serve. I think that really helps because in order to write that down you actually have to think about it. And when you think about what you want to do and get clarity it tends to open up so many doors and it makes it easy for the universe to provide for you everything that you need because you have been clear to the universe , this is what I want and this is what I need and this is where I am going”…[Listen for More]

And then the learn guess what there is never really a right old time so you might want to just get started, there is no guarantee that you’re going to get pregnant right off the bat anyway. You have to get all of it done you can’t let anything get in your way. And not be afraid to make mistake or multiple mistakes, learn from the mistakes. In my life I focus, I plan, I take action. “Have a plan… the plan is how are you going to create value instead of just working harder. And how are you going to get other people to create value for you and what are you going to offer to those people. Because it is very short-sighted to say I can make more money doing this for myself because there is a lot of things you are losing out on when you do that – the sick days, the health insurance, all those things. “an idea and you really believe in it don’t be scared to talk to people. I think talking to people is so underrated. I think you have go out there and just make sure and tell as many people as you can your idea. If it’s resonating for people you are just going to get a lot of confidence behind that. So talking about your concept and idea is going to give you so much strength to go back and refine it and make it better and eventually launch it and make it a real thing. “Dare to dream and dare to play big. It is just as easy to create a small business as a big business. Or another way of saying that it is just as difficult to create a small business as it is to create a big business. So first of all don’t limit yourself artificially. The second thing is make sure you are in alignment with your business. Make sure that what you are doing truly does align to your true purpose in life, your talents, what you love to do, your strengths, and your mission. Because to be an entrepreneur is to ride a roller-coaster of ups and downs and palpitating moments where you are struggling.
