Ed Donner is the co-founder and chief executive officer at untapt, a talent marketplace that uses proprietary artificial intelligence to connect leading global FinTech and financial services firms with highly-skilled engineers and technology professionals. Ed’s interest in software and technology led him down the path of becoming a developer and leader within the category. His successful career spanned 18 years and across three continents. During his tenure, Ed worked for leading corporations in major business hubs around the world including New York, London, and Tokyo. During his career, Ed has working with Fortune 500 businesses as well as startups. Prior to launching untapt, Ed served as a Managing Director on JPMorgan’s global technology team. In his role, he was responsible for hiring technology talent to grow his team and found it challenging to both find and hire talented, high-caliber developers. It was here that Ed came up with the idea of creating a platform that would give the FinTech industry a better system to recruit the right type of professionals from a pool of the top echelon of candidates. Mary Wingo was born in the United States where she earned a Ph.D. in human stress research from The University of North Texas. In 2014, She emigrated to Ecuador, a tiny country in South America. Living in a new and very different society opened her eyes to the unsustainable social, economic, and political costs preventable stress causes in the modern world. Dr. Wingo's aim is to clearly explain to the public the biological mechanisms behind the stress response, as well as its staggering costs to society. In the past year, she has had more than 100+ media placements, including those with BBC, ABC, and Men's Health. Dr. Wingo's academic specialty is physiology, and specifically, the human physiological stress response. One thing that seems to escape many analysts and political leaders is the staggering costs of stress in modern society within the psychological, social, political, and economic sectors. Paul Oberschneider is a seasoned start-up entrepreneur and property financier, who has personally built businesses worth over 200 million. Since 1992, he helped start a bank credit department, founded a mortgage company, and built the largest single-branded real estate company across five countries in Central Europe. He also developed a portfolio of shopping centers and hypermarkets in Eastern Europe, constructing over two million square feet of retail space. Paul retired at age 49 before the financial crisis of 2008.
