“do not let that fear hold you back. There is never going to be the perfect time. Kind of like a couple if you know a couple that is thinking about getting pregnant but they are waiting for the right time. And then the learn guess what there is never really a right old time so you might want to just get started, there is no guarantee that you’re going to get pregnant right off the bat anyway. I think it’s a little bit for an entrepreneur, don’t look for the time look for the perfect symbol… trust yourself a little bit, look for that client, look for a spot where you feel there is really an opening, benchmark others that are doing it. But don’t wait for the perfect time. It will never come”…[Listen for More]

“you have to be decisive, you have to determine what your purpose is, what you are trying to accomplish, and you have to be decisive in the execution of your game plan. You have to get all of it done you can’t let anything get in your way. And not be afraid to make mistake or multiple mistakes, learn from the mistakes. In my life I focus, I plan, I take action. I have always surrounded those times in my life where I have made tremendous mistakes and errors… but if you think about it whenever you make that mistake and you focus you plan you take action that’s where you calibrate, that’s where you take corrective action. So be decisive, understand where you are going and how you are going to get there”…[Listen for More]

“Have a plan… the plan is how are you going to create value instead of just working harder. And how are you going to get other people to create value for you and what are you going to offer to those people. Because it is very short-sighted to say I can make more money doing this for myself because there is a lot of things you are losing out on when you do that – the sick days, the health insurance, all those things. And you shouldn’t sacrifice those things unless you have a really good idea of how you’re going to make it more than just about you”…[Listen for More]

“an idea and you really believe in it don’t be scared to talk to people. I think talking to people is so underrated. I think you have go out there and just make sure and tell as many people as you can your idea. If it’s resonating for people you are just going to get a lot of confidence behind that. So talking about your concept and idea is going to give you so much strength to go back and refine it and make it better and eventually launch it and make it a real thing. So one of the biggest things I think is just having real communication with potential customers, just people in general and getting that feedback ”…[Listen for More]

“Dare to dream and dare to play big. It is just as easy to create a small business as a big business. Or another way of saying that it is just as difficult to create a small business as it is to create a big business. So first of all don’t limit yourself artificially. The second thing is make sure you are in alignment with your business. Make sure that what you are doing truly does align to your true purpose in life, your talents, what you love to do, your strengths, and your mission. Because to be an entrepreneur is to ride a roller-coaster of ups and downs and palpitating moments where you are struggling. “decide what makes you happy before going for it. And I don’t say that lightly . Some people say go for it regardless but the answer might not be go for it… If you are a person who wants to do a task that’s fun and make money doing it that’s good to know ahead of time.
