You have really got to focus on what your vision is and who is going to help you to achieve that vision and get there the fastest way and the most profitable way and what’s best for the customer. And that often means you got to hire that person, you’ve got to write the cheque, you’ve got to bring the team member on, you’ve got to do the coaching and you’ve got to do the delegation. But you’ve really got to hire that who instead of trying to be the how yourself and getting stuck in the procrastination mode”…[Listen for More]

“keep your day job until your entrepreneurial job meets certain metrics that you have laid out in advance. I think it’s easy for other people to be cavalier with your life but they are not paying your bills, they are not raising your children. People over coffee or over drinks will tell you go for it you can do it but if you look at many of the successful entrepreneurs, they all started in garages working nights and weekends. Or their spouse had the day job with the healthcare until it got off the ground. So, I would encourage you to not quit your day job until your entrepreneurial venture meets certain metrics ”…[Listen for More]
