Leah Hynes is Co-Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer at The Connection Effect. She had a successful 10-year career in Public Relations before launching the company in 2013. Leah, a licensed NLP Meta Coach based in Brisbane, Australia, is passionate about seeing humans flourish with a sense of community and connectedness.

Nazrin Murphie is Co-Founder and Chief Disruptor at The Connection Effect. She is committed to disrupting the old business paradigm where people are turned into faceless numbers and ‘lists’. Naz, a former police officer, is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Associate Certified Meta Coach based in Sydney, Australia.
