On a growing company be prepared to give up the control of everything that you do today. As the company grows you will have the specialists that can do the job better than you can just need to give way to them. When it comes to financing there is a million ways to be successful. I did it with bootstrapping for seven years. And some entrepreneurs think that raising money is the only thing and then they give up. Don’t give up there is millions of ways to do it, it is your job to find those.”
