After a successful career on Wall Street as the Global Director of US Fixed Income Derivative Trading for the National Australia Bank, Andrew Pudalov decided to move across the country to Boulder, Colorado with his family to pursue his passion for healthy living. After seeing the need for healthy, nutritious and delicious grab-and-go meals, Andrew develop his own concept for meals-in-a-bowl, made with fruit and vegetable bases, topped with organic granola and honey, and Rush Bowls was born. Today, Andrew serves as the founder and CEO of the brand, which has three locations open and more than 40 locations in various stages of development.
