Christopher Kidawski has been a strength and conditioning coach for the last 18 years. He has a master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Hawai’i. He takes a “systemic” approach to health often working from the inside out. He lives and runs his business Influential Health Solutions in South Florida where can he draw inspiration and love from the ocean.
