Jia Wertz is the Founder and CEO of Studio 15, a socially responsible women’s fashion brand and the Co-Founder of The Mastermind Exchange, a peer-mentoring group designed to give entrepreneurs invaluable advice, strategies, and tackle their biggest challenges each month. After leaving behind a 15-year career in the corporate fashion world, Jia started a company that focuses on doing good and supporting women. Studio 15 has funded more than 30 successful ventures for female entrepreneurs in Africa through a strategic partnership with non-profit organization Kleos Microfinance Group. As a reflection of her commitment to philanthropy, Studio 15 contributes a portion of all sales to female founders so they too, can start their own businesses?
