Stacy L Bauer Since 2000, Stacy has served as outsourced general counsel. Earlier she was vice president (VP) of General Council (GC) of an ING broker/dealer, and VP of KeyCorp. She graduated cum laude from George Washington Uuniversity Law, and received her BA from Miami University. Stacy chairs the GCP/COSE Ambassador program, is in the COSE Expert Network and sits on several GCP/COSE committees.
