“Seek to find what comes natural for you. Make a business off of something that you’re already doing. Taking that time to, a hobby may need to stay a hobby but I think it’s building from scratch, it’s not coming up with the end result and working backwards and I know a lot of businesses start that way but in my case it was starting from the ground and letting it build itself, building it organically and if you can have the patience to do that and the willingness to be open-minded to what that is, that is when I think the answers start presenting themselves, the more success is available and you’re the happiest”…[Listen for More]

“Be the lion, if you think about life, I always say there are only 2 types of people in your career life, a lion or a goat. If you think about what a lion does, a lion is regal, it doesn’t roar for no reason, a lion doesn’t yip yap, a lion is not restless, a lion is confident. On the other hand if you think about a goat, a goat is always restless, always bleats, always runs around, and when it comes time to slaughtering that goat, a goat’s head will always go down, when you’re tranquilizing a lion to move from African jungle or African wilderness to safari for veterinary reasons or whatever, you’ll always see the lion and the body of the lion move back, that shows the DNA of those 2 animals, which one do you want to be, a lion or a goat”…[Listen for More]
