Jeremy Harbour is a Singapore-based entrepreneur with a truly global outlook. Beyond his diversified investment portfolio spanning 12 countries, he has bought and sold more than 50 companies, and advised on more than 200 deals. Jeremy conducts lectures globally on the subject of small and medium enterprise, (SME) mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on distressed and motivated acquisitions. He has coached leaders across a variety of multinational organisations including Moore Stevens, KPMG, Tesco and Microsoft on acquiring small to medium sized companies. Jeremy is also a shareholder and Advisory Director for The Mint National Bank and is recognised as a DBS Business Class advisor. Jeremy has been awarded Coutts Entrepreneur of the Year runner-up three times. He served on the fundraising committee of the Prince’s Trust, and has been invited to both Buckingham Palace and the UK parliament on matters of business and enterprise. Jeremy has been featured extensively in the international and UK press including the Financial Times and Sunday Times and has appeared on Channel News Asia and the Money Channel. In 2012 Jeremy was asked by Capstone (the largest publisher of business books in Europe and the USA) to write his story. His book, titled “Go Do”, was ranked number one on Amazon on three occasions. In 2015 Jeremy created the Agglomeration model, a methodology for collaboratively listing small to medium sized companies on the capital markets. The First Agglomeration ‘The Marketing Group PLC’ where he currently serves as executive chairman, was listed on Nasdaq in June 2016 and quickly grew to be one of the largest listed marketing companies globally. The Agglomeration Model is now being rolled out In other industries. As a high-net-worth-individual himself, Jeremy brings his vast network of private banking contacts and resources to the Unity Group, along with his strong business acumen, proven track record and investment expertise.
