Sarah Taylor is 16 x World Bodybuilding Champion, a recognised nutrition expert, transformational weight loss coach and international speaker. “Just do it. Just start. I think the number one regret people on their deathbed is that they didn’t try something that they wanted to. So just do it. My other advice is get a mentor, somebody who could guide you and support you through the journey, somebody who is been where you want to go and can help you along the way. You do need that support and like I say consistency, you have got to do something every single day.”
