Locally, in the small town of Roseburg, Oregon, Trevor Mauch has taken it as a mission to help rural Oregon climb out of high unemployment through entrepreneurship. Trevor founded the Loft Entrepreneur Workspace in 2010, an 8,000 sq. ft. co-work environment where 10 other creative local companies call home, and also co-founded the Young Entrepreneur Society a local organization that fosters entrepreneurship within Douglas County Oregon. Trevor has 3 children with his beautiful wife Carly. Loves mountain biking, fishing, marketing strategy, and coming up with big visions.
“Gotta have fun, don’t put pressure on yourself for building something just to make other ones happy, make yourself happy, make your clients happy, make a difference, gotta have fun and you got to have a mission that you can get out of bed to be happy and to fulfil, I watched a documentary on Netflix about a year ago, can’t remember the name of it but this documentary tracked people who lived insanely long lives and they were tracking back what made them live a long time and what made them happy, the one variable that was common, there was a person over in the UK who was 105, he smoked since he was like 6 or whatever the age was and he drank, he stopped drinking water 30 years ago, he started drinking beer, all he drinks is beer, he wakes up every morning to be physically active and wash cars at this plumbing company, he has something to wake up for, not just to get up every morning and watch TV, this other gal says it was my faith in god, this other person said I don’t believe in god but I really love writing in my brain down for other people to be inspired by so have something that you get up in the morning that excites you at your core”…[Listen for More]
