Nick Bell is an entrepreneur, investor and founder of WME, Australia’s largest digital marketing agency, now operating globally with a turnover of more than $55 million. His passion is to lead and invest in companies, which are constantly innovating and improving the way others do business.

As a budding young entrepreneur, Nick’s entry into business was more ambitious than successful. He dropped out of university after six weeks to launch a skincare business, which despite its potential ran into supply chain difficulties, impacting cashflow. Down to his last $400, in 2008 Nick decided to give it ‘one more crack’ teaching himself SEO and starting an internet marketing company.

With fierce determination and a passion for helping others, Nick started cold calling clients and within five days had his first SEO client. The money he made he reinvested back into the business, and in six months he opened an office and hired a team member.

Beyond his flagship company WME, Nick now has ownership interests in 8 other companies worldwide including Hosting Australia, Appscore, Nothing But Web, SEO Agency, First Page, USEO, Results First and Primal. He attributes his success in the ability to identify synergy business opportunities. Nick is has investment holdings in 4 other companies, Tribal, Ideapod, Lead Chat and SJ Venues.
