Maxine Harris, author of Lessons For Nonprofit And Start-Up Leaders, is the reluctant CEO of the book, and is current CEO of Community Connections, a large social service organization operating in Washington, D.C. She is a national expert in clinical practices for treating persons with serious mental illness, substance addiction, homelessness, trauma, domestic violence, and early traumatic loss. She has authored or edited nine books and ten training manuals on these topics and has served as keynote speaker at several national conferences.

Jeremy Harbour is a Singapore-based entrepreneur with a truly global outlook. Beyond his diversified investment portfolio spanning 12 countries, he has bought and sold more than 50 companies, and advised on more than 200 deals. Jeremy conducts lectures globally on the subject of small and medium enterprise, (SME) mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on distressed and motivated acquisitions. He has coached leaders across a variety of multinational organisations including Moore Stevens, KPMG, Tesco and Microsoft on acquiring small to medium sized companies. Jeremy is also a shareholder and Advisory Director for The Mint National Bank and is recognised as a DBS Business Class advisor. Jeremy has been awarded Coutts Entrepreneur of the Year runner-up three times. He served on the fundraising committee of the Prince’s Trust, and has been invited to both Buckingham Palace and the UK parliament on matters of business and enterprise. Chris Hallberg, “The Business Sergeant,” is a seasoned business consultant, turnaround expert, United States Army veteran, and author of The Business Sergeant’s Field Manual.
