Sally Arnold is a former professional flautist, and ‘Head of Corporate Giving’ for The Australian Ballet. She has in the past 10 years leveraged all her business, arts and psychotherapy skills to specialise in coaching people over the age of 40 who are stuck in their careers. Her business ‘Creating Encores’ has won many awards for their innovative coaching programs. And she launched her book ‘Creating Encores’ in NYC in 2014.

“Don’t give up and make sure you have really good friends outside the area you’re working in, there are times where you need to sit down and have a cry or a few whines. You need to have people that are there to support you even if they don’t understand what you’re doing, it just helps to be able to talk it through. Also just really challenge yourself, are you playing small and being easy on yourself? Because it’s amazing what we can do and where we can take ourselves when we are challenged.
